This Daniel Defense M4A1 rifle is built around the M4A1 RIS II rail system, which has been in continuous use by the US Special Operations Command (SOCOM) since 2005. Featuring a 14.5 cold hammer forged M4 profile barrel, the Daniel Defense flash suppresor is permanently attached to bring the barrel to a legal 16″ length. The M4A1also includes the newly designed Daniel Defense buttstock and pistol grip. This proprietary stock and grip feature an overmolded texture for the ultimate in comfort and traction. With a grip angle matching that of the famous 1911 handgun, the Daniel Defense pistol grip will already be very familiar to elite operators and sport/competition shooters alike.
